Once the application process has been approved and the up-front fees have been satisfied, 2 bedroom ‘Bolero’ townhouses are $653 – $659 a month, 2 bedroom ‘Alamo’ ranch $666, – 672, 3 bedroom ‘Catalina’ townhouses $691 – $697 and 3 bedroom ‘Durango’ duplexes are $722 a month. These monthly payments, called carrying charges, include sewer, trash, and water services. All of our units have basements; many are walk-outs. The ‘Durango’ duplexes have garages.
